In line with the observance of the 30th National Children’s Month with the theme “Kalusugan, Kaisipan at Kapakanan ng Bawat Bata Ating Tutukan”, the Civil Service Commission Mountain Province partnered with Valley bread Inc in conducting a gift-giving activity last 7 December 2022 for the children enrolled at the Special Education Center Bontoc, Mountain Province.

The gift-giving program aims to increase awareness upon the children, their parents, the educators as well as the community members that there are private and public stakeholders who are readily available to extend their assistance and share their resources for the social and personal growth of children.
